CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Forty two credits are required to earn a master's degree in genetic counseling. These credits consist of 27 from core courses, 6 from the clinical internships, 3 from a research project and 6 elective credits. One elective must be a course pertaining to ethnic/cultural diversity. The requirements include a clinical research project of publishable quality, which follows Plan B of the Graduate's School requirements for a master's degree.
