Research in the Center for Molecular Medicine and Genetics
Research is a core requirement of the CMMG PhD program. During the first year students complete (usually) 3 rotations through faculty labs that are of a priori interest to help them choose a laboratory in which to pursue their dissertation work. There are more than 20 labs of primary and joint Center faculty, where cutting edge research in a variety of fields is being carried out.
