Description

This is a mandatory module. It is always the first module executed and will not appear in the "Add/Remove Modules" list. Its purpose is to set general parameters which effect several other modules. At present it contains just two items.

Option: Get entry names from ABI files

This indicates whether the ABI sample names should be extracted from the ABI file. If set to "No" the ABI filename is taken to be the sequence sample name instead, with any `.abi' suffix removed.

Option: Get entry names from SCF files

This indicates whether the sample names should be extracted from the SCF comments section. If set to "No" the SCF filename is taken to be the sequence sample name instead, with any `.scf' removed.
